Best time to do exercise during Ramadan

A lot of people often asked, “How can we exercise and eat properly during Ramadan? ” Most people want to avail themselves of the opportunity of the blessed month of Ramadan to lose some weight and body fat. By using some strategies that I am going to share with you, you can get some of your strengths during this Ramadan. It is all about maximizing nutrient intake, maintaining proper hydration, and modifying fat-burning hormones. Exercise not only helps boost energy levels during fasting, but it also has neurological advantages like increased brain cell production and enhanced mental strength. Here is the best time to do your workout training.

Exercise Before Sehri

The best time to exercise is before eating Sehri. At that time, you have energy from the previous night’s meal, and you can do a lot better yet still have an empty stomach. You can hydrate yourself during exercise, on your return, have your early morning meal (Sehri). By following this method, you get energized for the rest of the day.

Exercise 90 minutes before Iftar

This is difficult to adjust, but this is the best time to exercise if you are looking to burn some fat. Exercising while your stomach is empty will force your body to burn its fat reserves, and you will be able to replenish your body with nutrients right afterward at Iftar. You will exercise on an empty stomach. Start with stretching, resistance training, some repetitions with weights, and walks. One hour of exercise will be enough. And when you have completed your exercise, you are very close to Iftar, and you can drink water to rehydrate yourself. You are working out at a time when you are very thirsty and hungry. Never compromise your health by heavy exercise when you are dehydrated.

Exercise after Iftar

After iftar your stomach is full, and it’s not an easy task to exercise on a full stomach, but after eating food it seems the most logical time to do some exercise. You may want to eat something to refuel your body and drink enough water to rehydrate yourself, and then break your meal to do the exercise. By following this, you will have more energy for exercise and still have the opportunity to return to the meal.

Exercise between 11 pm and 2 am

If you are a night owl, you may discover that the best time for exercise is between 11 pm and 2 am. Once you have your night meal, you will have energy and will be hydrated. You can exercise at that time and sleep after work so that you will not be tired by midnight. Exercising at that time is better than daytime because the temperature is low, which is also helpful. If you exercise between 11 pm and midnight, you can still get a few hours more sleep until you get up for sehri.
